2.What is exactly plywood ?
1.Plywood is made of relatively thin wood veneer. Two adjacent layers of wood chips (single boards) with mutually perpendicular wood grains are superimposed. 6.How to distinguish the quality of the plywood ?
(1) There is a difference between the front and back of the splint. When selecting, the plywood should have clear wood grain, smooth and clean front, not rough, and flat.
(2) The plywood should not have defects such as damage, bumps, bugs, nail holes, dead knots, burrs and groove marks.
(3) The plywood has no degumming phenomenon;
(4) Some plywood is made by patching together two kinds of veneer glues with different textures, so when choosing, pay attention to the joints of the plywood should be tight and there is no unevenness. Especially a piece of plywood should not have two different lines, otherwise it will hinder the reasonable use, cause waste, and affect the appearance of the furniture.
(5) When choosing splints, pay attention to choosing splints that do not loose glue. Use a wooden stick of about 50cm to lift the plywood and gently tap on each part. The sound is even and crisp, and the sound is basically equal to the inner board; if there is a "shell" mute sound, it is likely to be due to degumming or bubbling, etc. Inherent quality problems caused by. This kind of board can only be used as a lining board, or top and bottom board, not as a fabric.

7.how many hours in boiling water of your plywood ?
Melamine glue plywood is depend on percentage of melamine . It is different from 4-36 hours in boiling-water . Phenolic Glue plywood can bear 72 hours in boiling water. MR glue board can’t bear boiling water
